Every person has a story that deserves to be understood before it can be changed.
At the heart of my holistic approach is the belief that we are more than the problems we bring to a conversation.
When we face difficulties, we often focus on the symptoms, but they are rarely the whole story. What we are going through may be connected to our relationships, our history, our values, our emotions, our hopes and our stage of life.
I offer a space for deep listening, empathy, and non-judgment, shaped by rich life experiences and many years of exploring human nature and personal growth.
Often, we don't need advice or solutions from others. We simply need a space where we can be understood, so we can make sense of what we're experiencing, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Rather than supplying quick-fix answers, I believe in taking the time to explore your bigger picture with you. Sometimes what appears to be the problem is only a small part of the story.
Lasting change often begins by understanding the deeper roots of what we are facing.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is an act of self-awareness, courage, and honesty.
My Story
Born in California, I grew up between Wales, England, Switzerland, and France. Experiencing diverse cultures taught me early on how to observe, adapt, and appreciate different ways of seeing the world.
My life has not followed a straight or predictable path.
From a young age, I was confronted with experiences that tested me deeply, forced me to grow up quickly and learn how to navigate uncertainty. Over the years, I have lived through family trauma, significant loss, major life transitions, and periods that challenged my sense of safety, identity, and direction.
Making sense of these experiences has been a long journey of exploration, reflection, and growth that continues to inform both my life and my work today.
Along the way, I found myself asking deeper questions about why we suffer, how we heal, and what helps us find our footing again when life turns upside down.
That search has shaped both my life and work.I now know that healing is rarely about quick answers. More often, it begins with being able to speak honestly about what we are carrying. To feel truly heard. To gradually reconnect with ourselves.
This conviction is one of the reasons I care so deeply about creating a space where people can speak openly, without judgment, and feel genuinely understood.
Throughout most of my professional life, I have worked in education, training, and coaching. While my roles evolved over the years, a common thread remains the same: helping people learn, gain confidence, navigate change, and move forward in a way that feels right for them.
Listening, encouraging, and helping others find their own way has always been at the heart of what I do. Today, I bring together what I have learned professionally, and the lessons life has taught me.
I don't offer perfect answers. I offer presence, careful listening, thoughtful questions, and a genuine interest in understanding what matters to you.
